What's New?
05-31-03 Alright, I'm hungover after a night of two parties. Big news this week: I'm probably going to be moving out of the house. If all goes according to plan, I'll be outta here in July, and I'll be living on Rouse in a 3300 sq. foot house on a 10-acre property with 3 TKE's for 310/month...good times :) On the home front, we're all still employed, and yes, I'm still running the pool on who leaves their job (willingly or unwillingly) first. The odds stand as follows: Ryan, 20-1 to stay, Billy, 18-1 to stay, Charlie, 9-5 go. I'm still taking bets, the odds will be updated later. Peace for now, I have ultimate frisbee at 4, and I'm still recovering from a hangover.
05-17-03 The impossible has happened. Apt. Unemployed is now Apt. Hopefully-Steady-Jobs. I'm working for Parking Services, Billy has a job as a golf "gofer" (think 'assisstant,' only without the catchy title) at the Ritz Carlton, and Charlie is a busser at Planet Hollywood. To disspell some of the disbelief of all of us finding employment at the same time, I will be running a pool for who's going to quit/lose their job first. On another topic, I've been furthering Fiji-Teke relations by playing beer pong and drinking heavily with them. I invite all of you to come out, it's always good times, and since we're with them for homecoming, it's a good idea to at least recognize some of the people we'll be working with. Thats all I got, we'll be killing a keg and playing more beer pong tonight, call/IM me for info. Peace!
05-14-03 Yesterday was the Good Charlotte/MxPx/New Found Glory concert, and let me just say I've never felt so old as i did standing with Billy, Panetta, Mackenzie, and the Pi Phi contingent of the new SOS in a throng of MSP and HSP. They closed the bar because PDog, Mackenzie, and myself were the only ones buying anything. Yah, it was pretty sad, but we all got pretty drunk and kept our spirits up before the show started by making fun of the little kids. The bands rocked the house, MxPx (my fav. of the three) playing some of their best songs, but the funniest part of the night was in Bennigans afterwards, where Mackenzie, Steph, and I were sitting soaking wet after going in the fountain in front of the TD after the show got out, and Steph made a five-star quote (see quote section, last entry, re: 13yr old). We were all in tears laughing. That's all I've got right now, have a good week.
